Kauffman Foundation Report -- US does not have enough educated people
Has anyone read the full report by the Kauffman Foundation on Outsourcing and the fact that the US has less than half the technically trained and educated people to keep the support current businesses and less than 25% of those needed to create future technical businesses.

Outsourcing to Developing Countries
Hi, I am new to this blog living in Pakistan. Managing ERP system development from past to years. In my point of view outsourcing is good thing that one can think out of the box and can bring fresh ideas to system development. As far QA of the SW is concern that must be managed other then the outsourcing company.

Project Time Keeping
What time systems do you recommend for keeping track of PM time (both employees and PM contractors)? I was leaning towards MS Project 2003+ and a time-capture plug-in on a daily/weekly basis to incorporate time capture, project accounting and project management. Please let me know if anyone else uses something else that works.
