| Our Credo |
| We believe our first responsibility is to the Program Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators who manage programs and projects. And to Presidents and Executives of Companies who Sponsor and utilize Project resources and services. |
| In meeting their needs everything we do must be of high quality. We must constantly strive to reduce costs in order to maintain reasonable prices to our members. Members feedback will be serviced promptly and accurately. Our suppliers and distributors must also have an opportunity to make a fair profit. |
| We are responsible to all men and women throughout the world working in the project industry. Everyone must be considered as an individual. We must respect their dignity and recognize their experience and merit. |
| We must be mindful of ways to help our members fulfill their project careers through our certification process, enabling members to advance with appropriate knowledge and advice we provide. Members must feel free to make suggestions and complaints. |
| We are responsible to our local communities in which we live and work and also the global community as well. We must maintain in good order the property we are privileged to use protecting the environment and natural resources. |
| We must encourage project and program improvements - thereby improving our education of our members. |
| Our final responsibility is to strengthen our project organization. we must experiment with new ideas and drive volunteer projects and initiatives together with our members. |
| Research into better business practices must carry on, innovative products developed and mistakes paid for. New equipment must be purchased, new facilities provided and new products launched. Reserves must be created for adverse times. When we operate according to those principles our members should realize fair benefits. |
